Excessive Sweating Of Hands And Feets

The problems of excessive sweating are not just limited to the odor and smell given off by the sufferers. These are the most evident of problems. However, far worse than these issues is when such sweating occurs in hands and feet. A sweaty palm is bad because it makes gripping items such as a pen or pencil harder. Furthermore, the sweat on hands may be misinterpreted in a handshake as a sign of nervous energy or the lack of etiquette. With sweaty feet, the worst thing is the smell that it is associated with.
There are cures for both these types of excessive sweating. Either one can take a course of botulinum injection or they can do for prescribed drugs. These drugs decrease the sweating effect by acting on the sweat glands while the botulinum injections block the sweat pores in the palm of the hands and sole of the feet. However, the latter treatment is also associated with severe pain and might require the use of heavy duty painkillers.
